Enjoy your morning coffee next to the living room fireplace and unwind in the hot tub after a day of adventures. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is spread out on two main levels. The open floor plan lends itself to gathering on the main level where you will find the kitchen, living and dining spaces. The kitchen is the central part of this open, bright space. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-end cookware and tableware. The double ovens are a bonus for meal preparation. The cook won't miss a beat with the group as there are four comfortable seats at the kitchen bar. The dining table has room to seat six and has gorgeous views of the outside wooded area. The large deck off this floor is complete with a hot tub, dining table and bbq grill. The nordic center trails run through the backyard adding to the quiet ambiance of this lovely deck space. In the summer enjoy your morning coffee outside and in the winter unwind in the hot tub after a chilly day on the slopes. The laundry room and powder room are on this main level, just off the kitchen. Each of the four bedrooms provides a private space when quiet time is needed. The main floor primary ensuite has a king size bed and gas fireplace, a supremely cozy space. The bathroom has a large jetted tub and large walk-in shower. The three guest rooms are on the lower level. The second primary ensuite has a king size bed and gas stove. The bathroom has a large jetted tub and walk-in shower providing another cozy space on the lower level. The other two bedrooms on the lower level have queen size beds and share a detached full bathroom. One of these two guest rooms has a desk and chair providing a private, quite workspace for guests. The home is located in the Cucumber Patch neighborhood of Shock Hill, a short walk away from the gondola station. The proximity for skiing is world class and access to town is effortless.
