Take a dip in the community pools in summer or winter, relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes, challenge your loved ones to a friendly tennis match or a game of hoops, and barbecue on the gas grills on sparkling afternoons.
Inside, the open floor plan keeps everyone nice and together while the balcony offers a bit of privacy. Add a log to the wood-burning fireplace, listen to the fire crackle, and get started on a favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen. After dinner, unwind and watch a movie on the large TV or play a game of cards.
In this prime location, you'll be only steps from the heart of Main Street, offering a plethora of dining options and over 200 shops selling a variety of handmade items. The most popular attraction Breck has to offer - Breckenridge Ski Resort - is half a mile away. This recently remodeled complex is a short walk from the base of Peak 9 and the Four O'Clock Run. And if you've forgotten any gear, the nearby Peak Ski & Bike and Elevation Ski & Bike have you covered.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

The location was super convenient, and the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t hear any noise from any of the other units the whole time we were there, and our kids loved the hot tub. It was awesome that we could walk to town, to the gondolas, and even to the ice rink lot to see the troll. We would absolutely stay here again.
Great old rustic condo with ski vacation vibes. Only issue we found with this unit is the parking spot was in a garage with low door so our Tahoe with a ski box didn’t fit.
Nice big unit, comfy beds. Pretty dated but fine for what we needed.

excellent location
The location was extremely convenient to walk to downtown, the village and to shuttle stop. The unit was dated (I knew going in from reviews), but clean enough (the bathroom walls need painting most of all, and needs a new mattress on pull- out couch!) The hot tub and sauna space was clean and inviting! Wish I would have known about needing quarters for laundry, and that the best place to get on lifts is by taking yellow bus to snowflake lift!! Quickest lift to get on!!! I would stay at Cimarron again, It was quiet, convenient and great for my family. Would try for a different unit.
