    Lodging and Locale
    This spacious four-bedroom Breckenridge townhome, hosted by Great Western Lodging, is located in one of the area's premier ski-in/ski-out locations, right on Snowflake Run. The beautiful vaulted living area features comfortable furnishings and a striking rock fireplace, creating a cozy place to relax after a day on the slopes. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals for the whole group, while the private deck offers beautiful mountain views and fresh alpine air. After skiing, soak in your private outdoor hot tub or unwind in the luxurious primary suite, complete with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.

    Enjoy the convenience of a heated one-car garage and driveway, along with direct access to the Snowflake Run. In summer, trails just above the home wind through the surrounding wetlands and into the mountains.

    The townhome is located about six blocks from downtown Breckenridge and two blocks from a bus stop, making it easy to enjoy Main Street's restaurants, shops, and après-ski without being far from your mountain retreat. The surrounding trails and outdoor recreation also make this an appealing location year-round.

    Ski-In Access Note: The Snowflake Ski Run is very flat and does require some walking and/or poling for the ski-in portion of your return to the property.

This includes enough to get you through a day or two, depending on personal usage. If you have a longer stay planned, you may wish to bring or purchase more. Additionally, we do not supply coffee, spices, or other kitchen food items.

Great stay!

Property is exactly as described. Just close enough to main street and far enough away so you still feel like you're just in the mountains. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Breck!

Geat Ski out location!

Fantastic ski out location that was great for 2 families to share! the hot tub was a hit with the kiddos as well as their stock of games & puzzles. The ski-in piece is a bit tricky on first time.

Guys ski trip

Location was perfect for someone looking for ski in/ out. The place had a lot of space to spread out for five guys. Heated garage to store gear coming off mountain. Place needs some TLC, all the faucets leaked, kitchen faucet broken (place was aware, parts on order), fire suppression system was leaking down walls in several places, coffee pot should be replaced. Little surprised with the small things that needed fixing for how much this place cost.

Beautiful views, great location, some hiccups

The house was in a great location and had many good views. Everything was comfortable and layout was nice. We wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with common dishware and glassware, not enough wine glasses, bowls, or pots/pans. Also, wish we knew that there is only 2 possible parking spots. If you have more than 2 cars, be prepared to park in town for a fee. Neighbors are a bit pushy about temporarily parking outside. Otherwise a great stay.

Ski out but rough ski in

This property is just up the hill from Snoflake lift and easy to get on the mountain. To get back though, there are three LONG flats that are hard for skiers and murder for snowboarders. It's more like a hike. Additionally, we've stayed in other very similar condos in the area and this one is on the older side (the tap of the kitchen sink was completely loose), not as well equipped as others, and generally not as nice. It's not a bad property and we had a good stay but for the money we expected a bit more. The killer that will make us not stay here again was the ski in situation.

Nice property overall, great location, disappointing stay due to responsiveness of management.

Four-day family stay at Breckenridge over the Thanksgiving holiday. First the good: 1) Property is in a great location near ski lift 2) Basic housekeeping was wonderful & interior was extremely clean 3) Maintenance staff was kind and courteous Now the bad: 1) Hot tub was nasty when we arrived. Water was greenish-yellow & the interior had yellow slime along the filter housing and water line. We notified the management company on arrival, and were told it would be taken care of the next day. However, it didn't get resolved until the final day of our stay. 2) The propane for grill was empty and took 3 days to get refilled. 3) The property is in need of maintenance -- the coffee pot switch didn't work, range hood filters weren't installed, knife handles fell off, etc. 4) Kitchen is a little tight. The dishwasher door didn't open fully due to the location of the stove. 5) The dishwasher detergent dispenser didn't work. We had to manually add detergent mid-cycle if we wanted clean dishes. 6) Front office took forever to resolve issues & didn't seem concerned about our satisfaction. They issued us two small credits for our inconvenience. However, the credits were a small proportion of the overall cost of the stay. I expect some of our issues could've been related to the fact that we were renting at the very beginning of the ski season or that they were understaffed over the holiday. This may not be typical of the property; however, we were not impressed with this stay.

Great ski in/ski out

Plenty of room. Spa was great. Ski in/ski out made it perfect for a group of varying ski abilities. Short walk to town. No need for a car if skiing all days at Breck.

Great time in Breckenridge!

We had a great stay at this property! The only downside is there are 2 parking spots. Half of the group had to go to a parking lot and then get a ride back to the property. Other then that is was a great stay!

Family and Friends ski vacation

We had no problems checking in or out of the condo. Everyone had a comfortable stay at this location. We were able to ski in and out of our location as well. Close proximity to main street as well. We were very pleased with our accommodations and with our amenities. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Stay in Breckenridge

This VRBO was perfect for our family stay in Breckenridge. There were 10 in our group and the VRBO was spacious enough for us to enjoy time together. It was also a short walk to the downtown center which we did and the bus location was just a couple blocks away. The photos online might need to be updated to show a change in some of the furnishings.

Beautiful condo

We had 8 adults, 15 mo and 3 yo. Was so happy they had baby gates for the stairs. The location for ski in ski out was not great. Lots of work to return to the house during the day as the snowflake trail is very very flat. Ski out was great. House was extremely clean and great parking in driveway/garage for 2 cars. Family loved the private hot tub
