Things to Know
A few things we would like you to know before you arrive, so your stay is as comfortable as possible.
🌡️ Colorado mountain homes are not typically equipped with central air conditioning. Thanks to the cool alpine climate, summer evenings generally range between 45° and 55°F. Opening the windows allows fresh mountain air to naturally cool the home, and ceiling and portable fans are provided for added comfort.
🏔️ Breckenridge sits at about 9,600 feet. We recommend taking your first day gently and drinking plenty of water while you adjust to the altitude.
🏊 The pool, hot tubs, steam room, and fitness center are shared resort amenities with posted hours.
🚗 Two heated garage parking passes are included; additional vehicles must park off site.
🚙 Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is highly recommended from October through May.
