Walk along the Riverwalk to concerts, shops, restaurants, 1 1/2 blocks to the Gondola, or catch the free shuttle bus out front!

Free heated garage parking and wifi, elevators, queen sleeper sofa and 55" flat screen t.v. in living room and another 40" flat screen t.v. in the bedroom with king-size bed, adjacent bath, and enjoy your coffee on the deck above the Blue River. Great location, great condo

Condo was great for 2 people. Bus to the resort is right outside, or you can walk 10 minutes. Super close to the bars and restaurants of Main St.

This property was well maintained and updated with all the needed amenities. Great location right at the bottom of 4 o’clock to town and an easy busy ride to peak 7 or 8. Host was proactive and the stay was exactly what we wanted.

When we arrived, it was apparent that the unit had not been cleaned since the prior guest. When I called the host, she immediately communicated with the cleaning person who came and cleaned while we went to dinner. The host also removed the 150 cleaning fee for the inconvenience.

This property is perfectly located in Breckenridge and we were very happy with all that it offered. Sitting on the balcony enjoying the sounds/sights of the Blue River just below was our favorite part of each day. As with many properties in Breckenridge, there is no air conditioning so it can get a little warm inside but we were able to move a fan that was provided around, and that definitely helped. Overall, good value for this area and I would definitely recommend.

This property is wonderful! Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us - just a street away from downtown, an easy walk from several trails, and the river path was just outside the door of the complex.

Perfect Location and Great Condo!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo, it was so easy to jump on the shuttle bus to go directly to any Peak you want and to ski all the way back directly across from the resort. The unit was clean and had everything we needed, nicely updated furnishings and finishes. Very comfortable place to stay, would definitely revisit.

Fantastic location

This is my second time staying on this property and I really enjoy this adorable condo. It’s clean and cozy and just a short walk to all the great restaurants and stores in Breck. Plus you can hear the creek from the balcony, which is lovely.

Great location, perfect size for just the two of us. The only thing we were not prepared for was no air-conditioning. Likely this was called out in the listing, but I didn’t catch it. Fans were running, but still a bit hot in July for sleeping.

Easy access to Free Ride, Gondola and Main St. Ski home using 4 o'clock. Condo has balcony overlooking the river and Main St. Very clean and comfortable for family of 4. The host was very responsive to questions.

Amazing Location

Had an amazing stay with friends. The location of the condo was perfect to get to Main St and local attractions. Kim was amazing and responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out immediately upon arrival. The condo is clean, the pullout bed was fairly comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need for a long weekend stay.

Very nice condo in a great spot!

We went up for a weekend of downhill mountain biking, and the condo is in the perfect location right next to the lift. Super clean and comfortable accommodations along the creek.

Excellent location!

Great location with shuttle stop right out front and 2 blocks from gondola. Can also take 4 o’clock run all the way down to front of complex! Easy walk to town and restaurants, and free parking!! The apartment has great amenities including laundry! Only downside was the noise from upstairs, sounded like kids playing a soccer match. Overall a great Breck spot!
