The complex also features two on-site outdoor hot tubs, a gas fire pit and free covered parking, as well as access to the Upper Village swimming pool and hot tub. This is a place you and your family and friends will love!

    Park Place Deer Camp Condo is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that’s perfect for groups of up to eight — and with two “suite” bedrooms with private bathrooms, it’s also perfect for two couples/families to share. The living area is warm and inviting with comfortable furniture, a flat-screen TV, and a river-rock gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all the gear you’ll need to make memorable mountain meals. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter. There’s also a private balcony for relaxing in the fresh mountain air.

    You’ll love being just across the street from downtown and the free shuttle to whisk you around town as well as to the slopes! Other amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-unit washer/dryer, and parking for one vehicle.

The house was a great location from slopes to shops. The walk up to the lift is kinda long, especially with altitude sickness, but overall not bad. Condo was clean and comfortable.

Very nice place. Clean, update, gas fireplace, free parking for one car. Bus stop right across the street or a 8 minute walk up street to lift. Wanted to check in 2 hours early and Summit realty the property manager would not allow it. Could use more forks, spoons knives and a functioning can opener, Had to hand wash after meals to have enough for the next meal. Master bedroom was near the stairway. Can get loud after bars close. Bring a sound machine :).

Wonderful ski condo

Good rental with a great location

The unit was nice, and the location was great. Close to skiing and walking distance to downtown. The carpet was kind of dirty and there were some greasy/dirty dishes when we arrived but overall the stay was very good. We would stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room and good layout for the four of us. Condo was very clean, well-equipped with a full kitchen, and in a great location - easy access to downtown and gondola. Summit Rentals was great about communicating before our arrival and checked in on us throughout our stay via text. Highly recommended!

It was great overall - the only negative would be that its a second story unit on the end of the building sandwiched between 2 other floors. So you get a lot of noise. Other than that is great proximity to skiing and Main St.

Great location

Great location! Wonderful communication and all questions were answered promptly. One problem was that we assumed there was a working washer and dryer. However, the dryer was broken and we had to bring our clothes to a local laundromat. The property manager was quick to check on the situation but had to order a part for the dryer that wouldn’t arrive while we were there.

Great location, could use some updates.

Location is excellent, overall space was as expected. Unit was very clean and kitchen well equipped. Our main problem was we never had enough hot water for showers. Called it in since day 1 and they sent somebody to check it 3 days after, which was very disappointing. The blinds in master bedroom need to be replaced. The light from the halls comes directly in the bedroom.

Unit was clean and accessible. The location was excellent. There were a couple of glitches. One of the doors was falling off. The management company was prompt and the repair was made promptly. We had difficulty with the coffee maker, and after several exchanges with the management company, finally learned that the machine was not provided by the management company so was not replaceable. All in all, the stay was very nice.
