This two bedroom luxury One Ski Hill Resort property sleeps six guests and comes with the finest amenities. The kitchen, dining room and living area are set in an open layout so your group can dine and relax together after a full day on the mountain in the comfortable living space. You can take in the gorgeous slopeside views of Peak 8 as you step onto the oversized balcony located right off of the living room!
LOCATION – The name says it all, One Ski Hill Place. This incredible slopeside all-season resort allows you to experience everything Breckenridge has to offer year round. Set at the base of Peak 8, these luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town (The gondola is closed May - Mid June). One Ski Hill Place is the perfect location, right at the base of Peak 8.
RESORT AMENITIES – At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The aquatics center features an adult pool, kids' pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. Second year in a row staying at this property. The location is so unbelievable convenient that we wouldn't stay any other place. Renting skis and the ski valets is the best. Makes a quick trip so much more enjoyable because they are steps away from the property. The property management company is very responsive and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.
Took the family to Breck to get out of the Texas heat. Great room large enough for the four of us to spread out. Great location on Peak 8 with a great view! We’ll be back!
We absolutely loved this VRBO - very clean and in a perfect location. The resort has an adventure park attached to it, and a lively scene during the day. The washing machine wasn't working and they sent someone right away (within hours of our call) to fix it. The free gondola and shuttle is so convenient for visiting main street without having to worry about parking/driving. The ONLY thing that can be improved is adding a full length mirror lol Other than that, it had everything we needed & more! :)
Check in was easy and the place was clean and in a fantastic location. The building amenities were also great. Our only comment is that the furniture is a bit dated and not everything is in great condition. The dresser for example fell over on top of us when we pulled out one drawer (the dresser is anchored to the wall by the back panel, but the back panel is thin plyboard and came off the back of the dresser so the dresser separated and fell forward. In addition, one of the dining chairs was missing and the mattresses are old and could probably be replaced. Otherwise, the unit was very comfortable.

Not quite the deal I was expecting
First of all it was a good thing I was driving in from Denver and had to go through Frisco to get to Breck… having to stop in Frisco to pick up the room keys and parking pass wasn’t expected nor communicated until right before the trip. (Also had to drop the keys and parking pass in the way out). I’m not sure if the owner was aware but the pool and spa and all dining options were closed on property while we were there. We could bowl or play pool though but only after getting a staff member to open the rooms though. Also, not the owners fault but the gondola BreckConnect was closed as well. We saw maybe two other guests while on property as it was off season so it was VERY quiet. The staff was nice, especially Aubrey. He was very friendly.

The location was fantastic. The hotel used to be a Rocks Resoet but has lost that affiliation. There were very limited food options on site, glad we brought a full order of groceries and having a full kitchen it worked out. The ski valet and on site staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the rental washing machine was out of service the entirety of our stay. I read other reviews that it was previously a problem for other guests but was fixed quickly. We were told 2 days before we arrived that it was broken. , I asked several times for the repair company to come as soon as possible as we were traveling with kids and needed the washer. . I was first told they might be able come repair it during our 5 days stay, then I was told they would not be able to come. The washer had water in it and started to smell. The dryer worked , so we basically washed clothes by hand in the bath tub and used the dryer. The Ice machine was also very finicky so we ended up buying a bag of ice. The beds very very comfortable.the couch was a bit tired and the fireplace glass was glazed over so we couldn’t really see the fire. The snow toys and humidifiers were a nice bonus.
Great unit but a couple of items miss the excellent mark
The unit is in a great location, and it is large and comfortable. The only issues we had were somewhat minor, but I would have appreciated to have known ahead of time so it would not be a surprise: (1) All the shelves on the right door of the refrigerator were missing, (2) the middle burner knob on the stove top was broken, (3) the dishwasher bottom tray was missing several wheels, and (4) they had the wrong sized coffee filter. The manager was able to repair the burner knob, so we were able to cook dinner (it was the main, large burner), and ordered the wheels for the dishwasher bottom tray (it didn't arrive before we left, so we had to carefully pull out and push in the bottom tray for each wash cycle). I took care of the coffee filter the next morning. As to the missing shelves refrigerator door, the manager told me that the owner doesn't want to spend the money on the replacement. The manager offered to send us a small portable frig to use, which was very considerate, but we declined. We made due with that and tried to limit what we stocked in the frig.
Aside from those minor issues, the unit is very comfortable, has a fantastic balcony looking out onto the lifts, and the location is great! For the price that we paid we were expecting it to be in tip-top shape without any of the inconvenient issues.

You can't beat the location and convenience of One Ski Hill. Ski in-ski out with the friendliest valets, ski school for the kiddos pretty much right at the doorstep, and a very comfortable 2-bedroom unit facing the slopes. Check-in/check-out was very easy. We would highly recommend!

Wasn’t what was expected. Had no refrigerator, one shower filled with water.
This is our second year. The rate though travel agent we used last was $1000 more per night for VRBO
Everything was perfect and $1,000 per night less than using a travel agent. The property amenities included a bowling alley and shuttle service that was like having a limo at your disposal. The property has a ski check in at lift that made ski in ski very convenient. I highly recommend this property.
Unit is very roomy. However there is no “maid service” so if you are staying for a week this could be an issue as the other units do get daily service through the resort. Also towels need to be updated. But excellent location and good unit! 4.5 rating!
