  • This nicely decorated and recently updated, three bedroom, two bath duplex home is the ideal mountain retreat for a gathering of family and friends. The open and spacious main level is comprised of the living room with a gas fireplace, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and the laundry room. There is also a large, private deck that has a 6 person bubbly hot tub and a stainless gas grill and outdoor seating.


    This home features dining table with seating for six and breakfast bar with additional seating for 3. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space and the open design is perfect for entertaining guests and family gatherings.

    Bedrooms on the main level consist of one King Bedroom and one Queen bedroom. Lower level bedrooms share a common hallway bathroom.

    The upstairs features a a master suite with King bed and en-suite master bath. There is also a loft area that provides extra sleeping with a full over full bunk bed. There is an additional TV viewing area in the loft as well.

    This home is conveniently located less than one block to the free shuttle system to town and the ski area. This home is only 1.4 miles from the Quicksilver Chair for skiing.

    Outdoor parking is available for 2 cars. Sorry, the garage is for owner use only.

    $350 pet fee will be applied per dog if bringing a pet. Dogs only. Sorry, no cats.
