Whether you're skiing in the winter or biking and hiking in the summer, you'll enjoy stylish Mountain Modern furnishings, convenient access to downtown, and the mountains just outside your door. Guests have one on-site parking spot and can easily walk to the Breck Connect Gondola, Main Street, shops, and restaurants.
Please note that this cozy unit is located on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator access.
Proximity: Located directly across from City Market at the entrance to Breckenridge, this condo provides quick and easy access to both town and the slopes. It's about a 3-minute walk (0.1 miles) to the nearest MyFreeRide bus stop on Airport Road, just 0.5 miles from historic Main Street, and 0.5 miles from the base of the BreckConnect Gondola with direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 (though the bus is often easier if wearing ski boots).

Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

It was a great condo for a long weekend. The hosts were great at communicating whether it be granting me early check in or helping with questions during my stay. I’d definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay…this place was so nice! Super clean and well appointed. It was a bit further from the heart of Main Street than we thought but the free bus system is excellent. The bed was more firm than what we like and the road noise was also a bit more than ideal (it was warmer so we had the bedroom windows open to keep it cooler at night), which are the only reasons we didn’t give it 5 stars. Even with those 2 things, we would stay here again!
This is a hidden gem of a condo in Breckenridge. Within walking distance of the gondola, near the grocery store, adorably appointed, and sparkling clean, it was a pleasure to stay here. I look forward to going back and would absolutely book here again!
We loved this booking. Right on the edge of town, clean, modern, exactly what we were looking for in a rental. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
This was by far an amazing place. Small and quiet and very private even though it was above some businesses. Never heard a noise from anything other than the snow plow outside. Easy walk to the Gondola and the Grocery. The only issue we had the entire trip was handled immediately and with no disruption to our trip. The management company was amazing.
Ideal location!! It’s a five min walk to bus stop. Five min drive to the main Gondola. Everything within reach, grocery, liquor store, ski shop. Close to Main Street. Great spot overall! Downside: NO elevator and needs Keurig!
This was a great location and very clean easy to access place to do whatever you want in Breck. I wouldnt attempt to sleep 4 as that fold out couch experience is not made for more than toddlers but a young family might be okay. The kitchen had everything we needed and its modern appliances made cooking very simple for all of us. The managers were able to answer any questions quickly and helped us navigate our stay no problem. Enjoyed our time there and thank you for the location.
Very Nice clean comfortable and great for a 3 day stay. We were very fortunate to see snow falling each day which was a real plus for us as we are from the south.
The flat is on the second floor and there are no elevators. So if you have heavy bags it is a bit of a chore getting them up. We really enjoyed the heated floors especially in the bathroom.
Wish there was a better way to humidify the rooms. The air is very dry.
All in all a great stay. We love the winter in Breck
This flat was new, updated and clean. It is a little further from the main street activities than I thought, but the walk isn't too bad. You can also walk to the grocery store nearby and take the trolley down main street. We had a strange issue with the ceiling fans, they would turn on without us doing anything. I feel like another unit had the same fans and they were turning ours on, just a guess. There is a nice balcony to sit on, but I think the railing is too high. It offers privacy but also blocks the view. One of the curtains in the bedroom was too small so there was a gap on either side that let light in. There is also a hiking trail that starts in the back of the parking lot if you are into hiking. We did some hikes over by the ice rink whre the troll lives. Overall it is a very nice place and I would stay their again.
