Nice place with great access to the bus. However the twin bunk room is not as described… it is a twin bunk with a trundle, not another twin. The trundle is not comfortable and the bunk is creaky. Only good for kids not another adult

Very nice townhome that was super close to town and other activities. Had anything you'd need to cook your own meals. Very nicely stocked with utensils, etc. Check in process was very easy, host was very kind and even sent recommendations for where to visit, eat, etc. Nice, quiet neighborhood and the aspens in the yard were stunning this time of year. Will definitely book this place again if we come up to Breckenridge again.

Breck Ski Trip

This is a great rental for a family ski trip. Terrific location, literally steps from the Free Bus stop. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you could possibly want or need. Abundant quality linens and towels for all guests. Hot tub well maintained and hot! Parking accommodated three vehicles on site. Kitchen open area was perfect for gathering, cooking and playing games at large dining room table. Obvious recent upgrades to the home. Quiet neighborhood and close to Main Street. And we even had an adorable fox sighting.

Comfortable townhome with plenty of space

We had a large group of 4 adults and 6 kids and everyone enjoyed their stay. Plenty of room for everyone and having 2 separate living areas helped keep everyone happy. Everything was clean and in great shape. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. Actually, the whole house is equipped with everything you might need! It was great having access to the garage so that we could safely keep our bikes. I liked the location a lot because being on the south side of town, we could easily go into town and back with much less traffic, while being in a quiet neighborhood. Brett's communication was top notch. Everything was exactly as he said and I appreciated the pictures included with directions, etc. I would definitely recommend this property and the Stay Living the Dream management.

We were so excited about our first vacation to the mountains! The scenery, snow, and mountains were just breath taking. Unfortunately, overall cleanliness of the property was very disappointing. The downstairs bathroom had mold and mildew on the shower curtain. The sofa bed downstairs was dirty. It looked like what appeared to be bed bugs when we unfolded it. Additionally, the mattress cover was dirty as well. When the property manager was made aware he disputed the concerns initially then later said it wasn’t bugs just crumbs from where someone had been eating in the bed. The manager said he’d bring the housekeeper in the following day to clean sofa bed. However, the next day no housekeeper showed up. When I contacted the property manager to ask if he was still planning to send a housekeeper he said no he would just give us a $125 credit and we could wash the mattress cover ourselves. The property manager seemed to be bothered by me contacting him. We’ve always had great experiences with VRBO property but this one was not. If you need additional information please don’t hesitate to contact me.

The location was very nice and an easy walk to town for dinner. The condo is spacious and clean, the outside had some trash around the hot tub from previous tenants, but other than that the stay was good.

Plenty of space for our family (4 adults, 1 teen, 2 kids). House is very well-stocked — kitchen had everything we needed and more, house had lots of board games and Legos for the kids. Check-in was easy. Shuttle is right across the street. Excellent communication from Brett prior to check-in and during our stay when we needed help. We would definitely book again.

More than we expected :)

This property is in the best location - convenient to Main St, easy to access and in a wonderful neighborhood. We so enjoyed our time and would absolutely return to the house - spacious, well stocked kitchen, wonderful deck which we used daily! Family Friendly Breck Home

My wife and I were looking for a last minute getaway to Breck, and found this wonderful home. I've got three boys, 6, 4, and 2, and they loved the basement layout. Great for families with young kids because the kids can hang out in the lower level playing games or watching movies while the adults are upstairs in the main living area. Location is fantastic as well. Just a couple minutes drive to Main Street and in a great neighborhood.
