Lovely in-town stay

Cute historic house with lots of modern amenities. Such an amazing location. Parking situation was tricky, but otherwise a great rental for a friends and/or family get away.

Best location in Breckenridge. The house was spacious and beautiful. Main Street is a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place to stay for a short family trip!

We enjoyed this properties very much! It was clean and well set up for our family. We also liked the close proximity to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

Charming house in Breck

This cute house has a lot of amenities- towel warmers, a heated toilet seat, heated blankets. We appreciated the welcome basket of snacks. Also, very well stocked kitchen for those who like to cook. Just a short walk to downtown Breck and/or the gondola, plus there are bus stops close by if you prefer to take the bus. We enjoyed our stay

Great stay!

The cabin was exactly as advertised, and even better furnished than expected. The kitchen is STOCKED with everything you could need. Communication was professionally managed throughout and the whole experience was one of those easy, seamless stays. Can't beat the location, either.

Great place to stay

Had a fantastic experience in Breckenridge. This place was awesome. The location is great. It’s a little walk to the gondola but totally doable. The house itself if very charming and well maintained and the beds were super cozy and comfortable. I recommend this place for your trip!

Charming- Clean- Location

This is a great choice if you plan to visit Breck. Right next to Main Street, many great restaurant options and the free bus service within feet of this cottage. We would be interested in booking this location again in the future.

Polar Vortex Family Vacation

House was perfect for our family vacation. Room for everyone and loved the living area with huge couch and great table for games and food! Weather was crazy cold so we did not ski as much as planned. Glad to have a great house to stay warm and have quality family time. Walked to great restaurants and free shuttle ride to gondola is right outside the door.

Great warm comfortable home blocks away from Main Street, food, shopping, can walk anywhere. House has everything you need to make meals in too. Loved the local grocery store City Market had online pickup lockers very convenient. Thank you for sharing this historic warm home to us.

Very nice property

Very close to Main Street. Only walk 2 small blocks to the center of Breckenridge. The property is very clean and well equipped. Will recommend to everyone looking to spend time in Breckenridge.

Quaint House In Perfect Location

Our group really enjoyed our stay at 103 South French Street. It has a cute courtyard (with hot tub) at the entrance, and the layout was great with the common rooms being on the main level and the bedrooms upstairs. House is easy walking distance to all of Breckenridge businesses/restaurants, and has easy access to the town buses that take you to the gondola/slopes.

Great Location and Unique Stay

This was a very unique historic home in a great location. Very welcoming and accommodating. We enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and shops. The stairs were a bit challenging for someone that is 6'2", and the temperature got cold at night in the home despite the nest thermostats but other than that, it had everything we needed. Great hot tub and yard for our dog.

Cool quaint home in an excellent location. Walked to dinner and entertainment and shopping. Getting to the gondola for drop off at the slopes is walkable as well. Home has all the things you need for supporting a large group, cooking, dinnerware, etc.

Cozy and charming. Just enough space for us. Special features like heated toilet seats and floors (although bathroom flr on 1st flr gets a little cool), offer a comforting environment. The very nicely appointed attention to detail makes up for it not being spacious. Charming old house

We had a great time in Breckenridge at the Walker House. It is a very old house with creaks and a narrow staircase but served the four of us very well. All the amenities were provided and the layout is good for such an old house. The ability to catch the bus across the street to access the gondola was convenient. A very friendly town (but expensive) and multiple shops and restaurants within walking distance made our visit. Property manager was always quick to respond and follow through. I recommend staying here as long as you realize it is an old house.
