The location was right off Main Street making it very accessible to all stores and resturants. It was very clean and enough space for my friends and I. The hot tub was great after walking around town all day.
This house was perfect for the 6 of us! It was clean and had plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed being able to walk to Main St. for food and activities.
This house was perfect for our group of 8 women! The location was lovely, the kitchen was well-stocked for us to cook meals together, and the deck and hot tub were beautiful spots to relax. The rental contacts were quick to reply and very helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!
Steps from Main Street and a short walk to the Gondola make this place perfect for your ski trip. Hot tub on the front deck looks straight up at the mountain. Nice kitchen. Parking for two cars — one in the garage, one on the driveway.
So close to downtown it was walkable to all shops and restaurants. Grocery store was right around the corner. House was great layout, great views, clean, and so easy to get into. Hot tub was warm, clean, and perfect way to end the days after long hikes. Property manager was super responsive and helpful.
Everything was perfect, including the check-in checkout and communication during our stay. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

We had a nice time! The unit was as advertised and the location is great. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the linens. Property management was as responsive about it.
The property is awesome, it's very well appointed, fantastic location very close to Main St, and impeccably clean. However one thing lets it down: the window treatments in the bedrooms, they are wholly insufficient and let in light from dawn to dusk. Probably not an issue in the winter, but in May we were bombarded with light from 5am onwards.If that issue was fixed it'd be a 5 star for sure.
This house had plenty of space, was clean, and enjoyed having a bathroom for each bedroom. Beds and linens were comfortable. Kitchen appliances were very new and clean. Minor issue with primary bath sink drainage, but host was very responsive. Garage is a bit undersized - will not fit a large SUV but was able to fit a Subaru with a Thule on top. Convenient access to the gondola and downtown Breckenridge - very walkable. Definitely would consider renting again if available!
I usually dont mention exterior condition but property suffered from excessive deferred maintenance. Inside, property was suffering from overdue updates, hair clogged sims and drains , we had to clean both in master on first night at 11pm due to clogs. Tile grout all needs serious refresh to clean and garage was filthy which tracked heavy dirt into the home. On the good side property had a beautiful deck, great location to main st., property managers were responsive and location was close to grocery store and nice restaurants. Be aware that it is adjacent to a very active Fire station/EMT which ran in and out 24 hrs a day. Morning comes early as upper windows had nothing to block morning rays.
