The Neighborhood:

Located in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood on Peak 8 in Breckenridge, the gondola mid-point stop is less than a two minute walk. A convenience imperative to a stress free ski vacation, it is here that you can either catch the gondola to town, to the ski area base on Peak 7 or 8, or enjoy the 15 minute walk to town down Ski Hill Road. It is rare to find a vacation rental in this neighborhood. Enjoy Breckenridge’s best Nordic and mountain biking trails accessed directly off of the deck or watch the snow fall and wildlife pass from the floor to ceiling windows in the great room.



Getting Around:

You do not need a car during your time at this property, although it is nice to have. You can walk to town or ride the gondola. Gondola access will also take you to the base of Peak 7 and Peak 8. Easily ride the gondola back to Shock Hill Hideaway for lunch, then be off for an afternoon ski. Please note: The Breckenridge Gondola opens for the Winter season right around November 8th every year and operates daily from 7:45am to 5:30pm during winter months. The gondola does also not run end of April to mid June during moose calving season.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellation Policy: Reservations become partially non-refundable once the initial payment is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival and is also non-refundable once paid.

All four bedrooms offer en-suite bathrooms, with the spacious primary suite occupying the entire upper level and featuring a gas fireplace, jetted tub, glass shower, and private balcony. Additional amenities include Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, Sonos sound system with outdoor speakers, and a lower-level bonus room with Xbox. Please note: This is a strictly pet-free property due to owner allergy concerns.
