Venture outside and experience a mountain stream (Blue River) that runs adjacent and below the property; and flows year round. A Summer Trail allows you to walk directly from the property to downtown Breckenridge! (30 minute walk).

Winter: 4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED. All roads to the lodge and driveway are plowed and maintained.
