All three rooms have an HDTV. A 65" Smart TV in the main room. A 55" Smart TV in a bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the last bedroom. This condo underwent a complete interior remodel, offering a fresh, modern feel. The remodel included a new custom cherry-wood kitchen, new drywall ceilings/lighting, hand-textured walls, new custom cherry-wood vanities and sinks, and new cherry-wood doors throughout the unit. Others have suggested we went overboard with our improvements for a 'rental unit'. But to us, this is more than an investment property; it's our second home. Like you, we appreciate all the fine details and finishes featured in the new luxury developments in Breckenridge.

Comfortable, well stocked, perfect location, nice pool which was warm enough to swim in outdoors in October…. Hot tubs included. Fits the bill for a cozy mountain getaway.
Very clean and comfortable condo. Convenient access to lifts and town. We loved using the fireplace and enjoyed the natural light from the windows. No Mountain view but we were able to see NYE fireworks from balcony. Hot tubs are shared among several buildings so can get crowded at times. Would absolutely stay here again.
We just stayed one night and the property was great. A very short walk to the pool/hot tubs as well as Maggies Pond and downtown. The owner was super responsive and very pleasant. Would for sure recommend this property for your stay in Breckenridge and Summit County!
Our goal was to beat the AZ heat for a couple of nights. We loved the area and location of the property. Everyone had a great time and the property met our needs.
My family and I came up for the weekend to do some snowboarding and it was a great time. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Will be back and definitely recommend. Just wish the hot tubs stayed open past 8 pm
Scott’s a great communicator and has discounts to all the local activities. His home is very nice and updated for a great trip with all the amenities. There isn’t a better host in Summit county.
My wife and I, along with our older son, daughter in law, and 2 grandchildren (ages 3 and 1) from North Carolina stayed in this VRBO for 2 nights in mid October. It was the perfect set up for us! There was plenty of room to move around inside of the unit, as well as on the outside wrap around deck. The needed amenities were there, included everything needed for preparing and serving the evening meals. Its location is a very short walk from Main Street and Downtown Breckenridge. Scott was very responsive to questions that we had. It was a very clean place to stay. The furnishings were a little dated, but that did not detract from the overall experience. Definitely recommend!
My family of 4, which includes 2 large teenage boys, enjoyed the size of the condo. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable and for all the ski gear. Excellent location to the slopes and an easy drive to Main Street. Host was pleasant, responsive and very patient.
This condo was just as listed, plenty of space for our group and a well supplied kitchen for eating in. The hot tubs and pool adjacent to the complex were never too crowded. The location was very convenient, a short walk to easy trails, coffee and restaurants, Riverwalk concerts.
Scott is the best host we've ever encountered with VRBO, quick to respond, helpful with hiking and parking tips, and very accomodating...highly recommend.

Property was as expected and certainly met our expectations. Plenty of room for the four of us. Beds in the double room are the most comfy with fleecy blanket that put the kids right to sleep! Location was amazing and plenty of shops, restaurants, and hikes within walking distance, while still feeling secluded from the towns hustle and bustle! Only got in the car one time 😊 hot tubs and pool were a hit for the whole family. Didn’t do any cooking but full kitchen was nice to have, had we wanted to! Communication with Scott was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better host! Would love to come back and visit again!
4 adults, 3 kids; first ski trip for 2 of the kids. The location was just a 10 min walk to the ski school/lifts at the Village.
The condo was more than adequate for our needs. The diagram shows the 3rd bedroom clearly as being connected to the main living area. Was not expecting that but that was on us, not Scott. It wouldn’t have altered my ratings or choosing it again but if want privacy in all 3 bedrooms you will find it with just 2. The kids didn’t mind it at all
Scott was very attentive and replied within a brief time whenever I had a question from recommended restaurants, to security codes and anything at all.
Bring all toiletries, I do because I travel a lot but other family members were expecting shampoo and hand and bath soap. No big deal people can be wasteful and very picky so best to have folks bring their own.
Kids aged from 8-14 so the trek to the Lyfts was not bad for carrying gear, community hot tub was a nice touch and a short walk (2-4 mins) was no big deal.
Like anytime skiing, so much depends on the wx and we had perfect wx.
