The location is also a plus as it is ski-in from the 4 o'clock trail on Peak 8\. The bed linens in the master bedroom were above average -- a real plus! However, the unit is overdue for a total refresh as the current condition of everything was disappointing. The check-in process was also delayed as the key cards were not in the lock box per the instructions; however, the property manager responded in a timely manner even after discovering the contact number listed in the description was incorrect. We also had to pay for a property damage waiver which we found unusual as we have never had to pay this fee before. We are responsible adults, so we found this annoying. Overall, we felt the unit was overpriced as we have stayed in nicer units in Mountain Thunder that were less expensive. ##### nancy r.
