The only issue I have is the unit was a little dark which drives me nuts bc all of the ski stuff is black. FYI there were no games. Most VRBOs had some so we didn’t bring any. The room set up was perfect for our family and my older parents stayed in the lower room off the kitchen. There is not good ventilation the master bath leaving mold on ceiling. The beds were comfortable as well. Overall, we will be staying here again. Every time I called with a question, I was immediately attended to despite a day wait for extra wash rags. The kitchen is well appointed with the essentials, however the appliances are needing an update, the toaster toasts unevenly, the cooktop has eyes that do not work, and at least one humidifier was broken. However, there were humidifiers for most of the rooms, which were needed. The main bedroom bath is quite dark, a light over the shower would be helpful. Also, the main bathroom door sticks & squeaks awaking me when my partner has the 3am bladder call. It's close to the Quicksilver Ski Lift and Beaver Run ski school, and close to town. We hardly had to use our car!! The garage was big! Get communication on the code to get the key before you get there if you want to unlock the front door. The bed is squeaky and not super comfortable upstairs in the master room and it doesn't get super dark. The knives are not sharp, so bring your own if you want a sharp one. The oven can burn things easily too, so careful what you bake. The fireplace does not turn on if the place is too hot already, so if you want the fireplace to work, then make sure the place is cool enough. Otherwise, the location was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the management company when we needed help.
