Budget Bungalow on the Swan River

  • Have you ever wanted to stay in beautiful Tiger Run Resort but could afford the high rental prices? Now you can!!! Our cozy, clean Chalet backs to Swan River. You literaly can sit on the large back patio and watch the fish jump in the "Gold Medal Trout Stream". We are just steps away from the 12,000 sf Clubhouse and Pickle-ball/Tennis courts. You will also find sand volleyball and basketball courts. Inside the clubhouse you will enjoy our heated swimming pool and 2 hot tubs. The kids will love our newly renovated game room. We also have a great workout room with cardio, free weights and machine equipment. If you're a golfer we are 5 minutes to Breckenridge Golf Club. Sailors we are 15 minutes to the highest deep water marina in the world "Dillon Reservoir" at over 9000 ft above sea level.. We are located just minutes to Breckenridge or Frisco and right along the Summit Stage bus route. We have parking for 2 smaller vehicles or one large SUV Tandem
