Verbesserungswürdig wäre der Onlineauftritt, denn es wirkt, als wäre es ein freistehendes Haus mit nur einer Wohnung, doch tatsächlich befinden sich zwei Wohnungen im Haus. Des Weiteren wären Anleitungen für Sauna, Schuhtrockner und WLAN wünschenswert und die Küchenausstattung könnte ausgebessert werden.
