"The hotel was lovely, very clean and conveniently located but most of all the staff were absolutely lovely, very happy and professional, they made you feel welcome so would definitely recommend - hence booked a return visit 😀 "
"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4.
The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "
"Good location for leisure trips to theme park and Trentham gardens food was good value and tasty on the downside rooms need some TLC but must praise the staff really look after you 😀 "

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely helpful staff. Changed rooms as shower had no water, next room shower drizzled and was broken in its wall fixings. Could all do with a spruce up. Really enjoyed the comfy bedroom, relaxed public area. "
"Staff are so helpful & all lovely. I love the coaching inn hotels as a chain. The Swan Inn is defo 10/10. Rooms are amazing & the hotel is charming & has so much character "
"Every member of staff we met was very welcoming and friendly. Some nice touches for dogs staying overnight. Food was very good and great value. Comfortable room/beds and quiet despite being just off the M6. Bathroom a bit small but perhaps the consequence of being a family room and more space given over to beds. Will definitely stay again. "
"First time I have stopped in an Ibis Styles and was pleasantly surprised, rooms are clean and well equipped good powerful shower and well sound insulated (next to busy A road).
The beds were very comfortable and kitchenette well equipped.
The breakfast was plentiful had everything to cater for every breakfast taste I had a cooked breakfast.
Only minus point I would comment on was having to pay £5 for the parking.
Staff very friendly and helpful, they were able to book a taxi for us for an event we were there for."
"From the lady who checked us in , to our final morning, everyone was cheerful and helpful . Particularly the lady who welcomed us (sorry, didn't get her name ) to Heleena who was an absolute delight. Would definitely stay here again. "
