. Food at barneys brasserie was good. Service was poor and staff attitude was awful. We were made to feel really uncomfortable. Room was basic and a little dated. The was a large stain on the mattress protector. We were provided with the wrong room on arrival. Air con was very loud. We couldn’t open the window as there was a loud fan/bleeping noise. Room was very stuffy. We did not sleep well.

"Great stay, shower door in room 713, doesnt stay shut whenever your in the shower so water leaks over the floor requiring you to use your towels on the floor in order to keep it dry, no toilet brush ? Small screen in room Breakfast is only till 10 30 but very nice and good selection. The gym is a tickbox exercise very very basic Sauna is average 60ndegree Steam room has many tiles missing nut is relitivily hot overall it was good The
