The wifi was listed as free, upon connecting I was prompted to provide information so my room could be charged. Dry blood was found on the pillows, the sheets and comforters were not clean. When I ran the water to shower, yellow residual fluid came from the faucet. Not allowing me to shower. I left prior to the staff coming back in the morning. Not an experience that was lived up to that others mentioned in the comments l.

The property was amazing. The rooms are large and feature a full kitchenette complete with fridge and stove top. They have laundry facilities for the guest, a fitness center and even supply a small laundry basket in the rooms. The beds are comfortable. There is no pool and the staff at night was not very friendly or inviting. They were not unpleasant but lacked a welcoming charm that the building portrayed. There was no free breakfast but there was coffee in the lobby. The water pressure in the shower was lacking. But all in all it was a pleasant stay

Nice location and decent hotel for value. I cannot remember the lady at front desk name who attended us but she was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

We were met with a very warm welcome from the left belt staff. They even checked in to make sure we were happy with our room. The room was clean and serviceable for our needs. The only thing we were surprised at was there was no crockery or cutlery. However the receptionist was able to provide paper cups. Would recommend x

I didn’t like the shower, it was not enough water coming out, we waited for at least 20 min for check in, just 2 towels at the bathroom. Is a kind of brand new hotel but no cleaner than expected. I won’t come back there.

Took forever to check me in . My room was on the third floor . Took the elevator up and the elevator felt like it was going to collapse. Never got warned that we will have to press open once we reach the third floor if not we will drop back to floor one . Got into my room to find a spider on my pillow .. turned on the tub water and it came out an orange color. Called the office to not get an answer. Informed front desk at check out and manager acted like it was a norm and brushed it off .. needs improvement

Water in the shower was orange and yellow for a while and no one answered the phone when I called about this issue. When I check out in the morning front desk showed no compassion when I told them the water out of the shower was orange and dirty also the tub did. Or want to drain properly. She acted as if it’s normal. Also the elevator is a safety hazard ot sounds like it wants to break down once it stops and you have to press the open button to get the door to open if not it will continue to take you up and down and the staff does not tell you this when you check in. Very disappointing we will not be staying here again.

Went to check in at 7p. Told the housekeeper left early and our room was not cleaned. The front desk person said he could clean it just give him 5 minutes. We opted to leave and stay elsewhere!

Absolutely no soap in the room or shampoo. Couldn’t wash my hands. Staff member walked into our room at 6:30 this morning and said housekeeping as he stood in our room. Checked out and went to our car and there was a drug sale right next to where our car was out in public in the morning.

The name is deceiving. Has a kitchen but is not a suite. The bed was up against the wall so you could only get out on one side. Only hot water no cold. Overall the room was cramped and uncomfortable.

Clean room, no problems except only 3 towels for 4 guests. No coffee pot in the room and the pot in the lobby wasn’t working. Had to go out to get coffee. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Liked the low price but can do better if they remedy the coffee situation and add plenty towels.

Hotel looks aesthetically good but that is where it stops! Room was just bare bones with nothing complimentary, not even coffee so forget about other stuff like paper towels etc. Remote for TV was also missing so had to go to front desk for another. Water pressure was extremely low and made it frustrating to even take a shower. The sink was completely clogged and I had to go to the store to buy Drano to fix this problem but the worse of it were the roaches. I worked up to find them on the bed head, ceiling and running around in the sink! Management and maintenance get zero stars at this hotel. Definitely won't be staying here in the future.

Next room to me had a family living in the room, they were loud, walking around the hallways until 3am. The room was dirty, towels had so many hairs on all of them, the floor was stick as like it has never been really moped. I had my kids with me and couldn’t sleep well. I didn’t even had a shower, woke up early and left to have shower at another place.

I only stayed one night for business travel. My room has a clogged bathroom sink and the shower had very little pressure and the main shower head did not work. No one was there to tell. The property is Very clean and so was the room. Other than bathroom issue, I would still recommend staying. Im sure my issue was just to my room.
