    Just 5 miles from Cortez Beach and a short drive to Anna Maria Island, Lido Key, Longboat Key, and IMG Academy. Walk to GT Bray Park for pickleball, tennis, and more, or head just two blocks to Cortez Road to enjoy local seafood restaurants, bars, and charming shops.

    Pool Heating
    - Enjoy a warm, relaxing swim during your stay at Casamar! Pool heating is available for $25 per day. However, we occasionally offer special promotions that include pool heating at no additional cost, so please check with us for current offers.
    To prepare the pool for your arrival, heating must be requested at least 3 days in advance. The target water temperature is approximately 85°F, weather permitting.Pool heating is available upon request. Please review the pool heating details before your stay.

    Pool Safety
    - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
    - No glass containers in or around the pool area.
    - No diving or running around the pool.
    - Swim at your own risk and follow all posted pool safety guidelines.


    Outdoor security cameras are installed around the property for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the home or facing the pool area.

    Your comfort and safety are important to us, and we do our best to make your stay at Casamar safe, relaxing, and enjoyable. As with any privately owned home, we kindly ask you to take care of yourself and your personal belongings throughout your stay.

Great Place to stay!! Excellent Host!

My family enjoyed our stay at this place….it looks just like the pictures and is a nice location only 10 min to the beach! Great for small families! Even visited with a couple neighbors that were very friendly as well!! Will definitely stay again when we come back!

Great house, location close to the beach

The house is fantastic, newly redone and very clean. Hosts were extremely responsive. Location is very central and close to the beach. It was perfect for my family.

Winter Break from Ohio

The house was a perfect fit for our family (plus one). There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. A close drive to beach as stated in the description and it was perfect and exactly what we needed!

Home was beautiful, beds were extremely comfortable, easy communication with customer. My son is living in the area so wil most definitely rent this house again. One of the best and easiest VRBO experiences we have ever had. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Great place highly recommend

All new professionally done renovations. Nice touches including great fans, soft close drawers, stainless steel appliances. Well stocked kitchen including spices. Heated pool with flamingo floaters. Great spaces for hanging out. Highly recommend, will stay again.

Cozy home

This house was exactly what we needed! 10 minutes to the beach! The house was so nice and cozy we felt right at home! So much to do in the area. We really had a nice relaxing stay :). Would definitely rent again! Pool was amazing. So nice to have an outdoor shower from when you get back from the beach. Rooms were comfortable and so much space to hang out in for our family of 4. Thanks for sharing your home!

House was beautiful and accommodating. Very clean and organized. House was most renovated in the entire neighborhood but all the other houses seemed old and dingy and wasn’t too appealing.AMI was apparently only ten minutes away but with traffic took us almost an hour to get to the island and so not super convenient. The house though was comfortable and clean

Great place

Exactly as described. Check in in door code left on app- easy to operate. Nice size pool. Very clean and everything appeared updated. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel supplied in the showers- most places give you a roll or 2 of TP per bathroom. They supplied 5, along with detergent pods, dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of paper towels, hand soap ,dish soap/sponge and garbage bags. Towels wash clothes and sheets provided. 4 beach chairs were there, 2 beach mats, beach wagon and coolers. Beach towels were also there. Excellent supplied house so you don’t have to pack as much. Convenient location. Easy drive to Coquina Beach. King size mattress was really comfortable. As far as the others I don’t know. My kids didn’t complain :) new washer/dryer combo. Everything was new and nicely done. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owners was also great- signage was up regarding check out process. Literally take out the garbage , start the dishwasher and adjust the thermostat. It was the easiest checkout I have ever done.

We were absolutely blown away with our stay! The house was amazing!! It was pretty close to the beaches and not far from the convention center where our daughter’s competition was! We would recommend this place again and again if staying in the Bradenton area!!
