Note: There is a closet in the garage that will be utilized for owners and cleaner. This is the only locked door that is off limits to guests.

This is a very safe, quite and clean neighborhood.
-There is a ring doorbell that actively records video and sound.
POOL SAFETY
The yard is fenced in however, there is no fence going directly around the pool. Children should NEVER be left unattended outside.
Pool settings are scheduled and set to 85 degrees, however when air temperature drop below 70 degrees it can affect the pool temperature, so unfortunately pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. The pool heater is set to turn on Oct-May.
BUGS
Florida is a tropical place. We pay for pest control and they spray very often but please know there will occasionally be a bug found. Mosquitos can also be around usually in the evening, and more so after its rained. Lizards will be seen outside in the yard.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the full property including a two car garage.

This is a very safe and clean neighborhood.
Getting Around:
5 cars are allowed, but no parking on the street, 2 car garage available to guests, and plenty of room in driveway to park boat. No parking on grass or a $200 fee.
Other Things to Note:
-Max dog weight is 50 pounds.
-Dogs are not allowed in the pool.
-There will be an additional non-refundable pet fee of $100 for dogs. Please be advised that the guest is still liable, responsible and will be held accountable for any pet accidents throughout the home for the duration of their stay. (i.e. Urine or poop stains, chewed up property, or missing personal belongings)
-Pet poop to be picked up and disposed up before checkout.
-While pets are left in the home without guests, they are required to be kept in kennel. One kennel is available on site for your use.
