Very spacious condo! Loved the view. Plenty of dishes, pans, silverware, etc. also had chairs, umbrella and kids toys for the beach available to use! Would recommend and stay again!

We had a wonderful time. Property was great. It's a corner unit, so view is spectacular. Check in, Check out was very easy. Property management was responsive. Bedrooms were a little warmer than other parts of the home. Fan were supplied which worked out perfectly.

A couple of the things that we noticed when we got there were: 1)the couch had an odor to it and was very dirty (we put blankets over it during our stay). 2) For the price we paid, we feel that there should have been more then a partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We have never rented a place where you had to buy your own toilet paper/dish soap. Just thought it was ridiculous. Kitchen was well stocked. Very quiet location. Would recommend property if the above things didn't bother them.

Wonderful water view, spectacular sunsets, great terrace, nice privacy. But description should make it clear this is a walk up—5 small flights—not ideal for some people with luggage. Main bedroom is big but dark with limited ventilation— couldn’t make the ceiling fan work. And info on how to work the tv’s should be provided. We never could figure out the one in the (small) living room. Lastly, since the owners warn against damaging the marble tables, they should consider supplying a tablecloth for the dining table rather than just porous mats.

We have rented this unit a few times prior to our recent 2-week stay. Door wall replacement since our last stays was much appreciated and also the new refrigerator. LR furniture was in good condition. The only negative would be the LED lights in the bathrooms; they were excessively bright. Light did not work in the 2nd bathroom shower. In the kitchen, since we do a lot of our own cooking, more forks would be helpful. There were only about 6 or 7 forks and a plethora of spoons!

I was even reminded by Island Vacation Properties (IVP) to triple check everywhere for belongings. I worried about the family and didn’t go back and check after myself. I was fortunate after contacting IVP about my mistake and they contacted the cleaning company and they still had them. IVP was kind enough to mail my pairs of shorts to me in MD even after Hurricane Idalia!! OUTSTANDING service for something that they didn’t have to do for me. During our stay, I received emails asking if there was anything that we needed and if IVP could help in any way!! Our family has rented through many outlets (Big and Small) and IVP was very personal and hospitable!! I would definitely rent from them again!! Staff was incredible!!

The kitchen in this unit was well stocked and we had plenty of towels. We even were given paper towel, tp and dishwashing pods! However, the king bed in the main suite was absolutely miserable, I had to sleep on the sofa. Other than that we had a great trip.

Master bathroom needs updating for the price charged. The top of the fridge was filthy. The icemaker was not working. The rent has doubled for a week compared to recent years that we've stayed. Plenty of comparable locations that are more reasonable.
