"Check-in was flawless including a request to enter an hour prior to formal check-in so that we could facilitate the rental boat delivery. Kitchen was great. Sound system, entertainment area in the basement, dock facilities ... all fantastic. We had a couple of unique challenges that were addressed by the Owner with urgency and completed. Kitchen drains stopped up completely ... from the analysis from years of buildup. Hot tub overflowed and seals were not in place ... from advanced rain and forced a fault protection that required an electrician to replace and reset. Rock pile out 40 feet from the dock ... rock bass, small mouth bass under the dock (5 pounder caught). Great escape for a large group. "

"If anyone is looking for a peaceful "get-away", this is it! We stayed there for five nights and got to wake up in the morning to have coffee on the deck while listening to all the birds. Chris and Chelsi couldn't have been more accommodating as far as helping us with any questions prior to getting there and with our reservations. Once we got there, I was impressed with what they offered as far as amenities (I have a time share that offers far less than what they do). We spent our time out on the trail riding our side by side and always looked forward to coming home to the peace of the place. We are both retired college teachers (so know the hustle and bustle of life, but sometimes crave quiet). This is the perfect place to just relax/unwind/reconnect with nature. Plus, it's just gosh darn beautiful! And, even though we were there in the middle of June (2025), there were no bugs/deerflies/mosquitoes/etc. Perfect days!"
