"Stay was great. Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason we didn't give a perfect score is that one night we returned to the room and our door was not closed and locked. The cleaning crew had been in the room after we left for the day but the room was not secure when we returned. Luckily nothing was missing or disturbed."

"There are somany issues with this place. Property maintenance is Horrible. So many insects and cockroaches inside the room. Bedsheets are dirty. Towels are not cleaned ones. Kitchen was mentioned as part of Amenities, but there is no kitchen. When we asked, they are saying, they can provide only space to keep your vessels but They won't provide. Luckily, they have hot plates they can provide when you ask them. But, no plates, cups or any kind of vessels. Looks like AC filters never changed. When you turn on AC, dust will blow everywhere from AC unit. I won't recommend this place. Don't waste money."

"This was the worst place we have ever stayed. We get into our room after arrival and leave our luggage to go eat and run errands. We get back and start unpacking our luggage. My wife is in the bathroom area and she killed 8 very small roaches in a matter of a few minutes. We knew this was a huge issue because of amount in short period and they were so small. We went to the front desk clerk and she was very apologetic and allowed us to inspect another room for us to move, but on different side of property. We were scheduled to stay for 2 nights, so we were only given a refund for our second night and that's reason we stayed the first night. We did not go for the free breakfast because we didn't know how clean their kitchen was. We did advise the clerk that they needed a serious fumigation and thorough cleaning of their entire facility with all those baby roaches, there is an infestation roach problem in their hotel. We stayed in a different hotel the next night that was super clean and they also allowed to check in early with no extra charge. We needed some rest."

"This was my first stay at this property. It was clean however, it felt like an upgraded motel vs a suite Hotel. The luggage carts had rust on them. Nothing about this property gives "Suites". They charge for toiletries that other Suite Hotels give out for free. The only complimentary item is coffee. The rooms smell musty. I actually requested a room change because of the musty odor. The manager said " this is humid Texas". When I changed rooms I forgot and left my ice pack slipper in the freezer .I called back twice and was told they didn't see it. The manager said he personally looked for it. I guess it grew legs and walked out the front door! I use that for my foot pain. (I have severe plantar fasciitis.) The water pressure is low for the shower. I will not stay here again. Also my keycard had to be rekeyed"
