"I dont know if this Comfort inn is under new management or not but Ive stayed here in the past and I can tell the difference. Seem like the management that is running it now is not keen on running a hotel. It being an old hotel doesnt bother me, but the upkeep and cleanliness is lacking. Stacked old furniture in the pool area, old outdated washer and dryer, very very dirty elevator, poor housekeeping, and staff lounging around without shoes on. Place has really went down from a year ago. This place use to be pretty decent..... "

"After staying for two weeks I week home and came back to work a week later I checked in and left for work this mornin I get a phone call saying I have to come back and collect my things they are kicking me out over my past record over 15 yrs ago gave me a phone number to call about why I was told to leave and if was a no good number on top of that someone was staying in my room when I went to my room so had to get another room all together the first night there "

"We were looking for a pet friendly 2br, 2bath place near Galveston. It is an easy 20 min drive to either Galveston or Kemah. The home is perfect. Clean, spacious, comfy beds, big screen TV, new kitchen. Outside is a porch, and chairs around a large shade tree. A covered carport is also present. The setting is quasi rural and safe."
