We were blown away by the property. We simply didn't expect it to be so nice. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The walk into town is a bit long, but the weather was nice and we didn't mind. The only thing we were underwhelmed with was that when we asked to use the outside jacuzzi, a member of staff went to open it, checked the water temperature, told us that was going to be "not very hot" but didn't hear the water so we used it with lukewarm water, which isn't great. Great hotel, attention to detail inside is fabulous and friendly staff. We stayed for one night in mid September as a stop over while driving through Italy so out of both ski and summer season and there was a good choice of places to eat all within a few minutes walk of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town. Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Large clean hotel on outskirts of Chamonix with bus stops outside. Washer and dryer facilities available in the basement which are welcome when touring.

What an amazing find, a beautiful, quirky hotel and very welcoming

Roberto really made us feel welcome and relaxed at this small and comfortable hotel. The evening meal and breakfast were great multi-course, tasty and wholesome events. This was particularly great for my wife who needs a gluten free diet and could be totally confident that this was taken seriously. The location was very good for us on the drive from Italy to the UK as it's right under Mont Blanc and just before the tunnel entrance, but in a quiet peaceful place with dramatic scenery. We had an excellent 5 night stay at the hotel, the facilities are excellent and the decor/design of the hotel is pleasing. A nice mix of new modern clean design with rustic lodge feel accents. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom very nice, clean, spacious and stylish. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and took advantage of the spa facilities in the late afternoon after skiing during the day. My only gripe would be the daily car parking charge of 30 Euros per day which is steep! ...

The hotel has been recently renovated, - completely, - and it shows. Everything has been done with the highest quality in mind, to suit the first class location right next to the central square of this beautiful town. The quality of the staff and the service seems to have been renovated too, and is excellent. We had a memorable stay. I will certainly return.

Such a warm welcome of a hotel, staff are amazing and friendly, food was delicious and the spa made you want to throw your troubles out the window. Will be coming back here again!
