The property was nice, very old hotel….nice lobby, nice bar in the tavern. Parking was convenient, and location was perfect!
Bathroom was very small and could use updating.
We loved everything about this hotel! The proximity to all the sights, the amenities, the friendly staff, and the Tavern. We are looking to book our trip for next year here as well. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.
Definitely a more expensive hotel, but worth it in my opinion if you have the funds! Super walkable to every thing you might want to do in Salem. We parked the car and didn’t get back in till we were leaving. The hotel staff were so kind and professional and polite. And the building itself is stunning inside and out. Only downside was our room didn’t have a mini fridge haha but first world problems right. There was always cold water available to refill bottles.
The staff was all so friendly. Great place to stay as its within walking distance of all the tour spots. We loved it so much we will be booking for next year.
Absolutely loved the hotel.
They were very welcoming and friendly and I appreciate the ability to store my bags with the front desk.
They have a beautiful hotel with a lovely tavern and restaurant; location is central to all activities in Salem.
I stayed on the 6th floor. There were ghost hunters that called out in the hall for ghosts off and on during my stay- kinda humorous. Added to the sixth floor haunted, historic vibe.
