Step outside to a private lounge area with a fireplace and grill. Free driveway parking and plenty of nearby restaurants make this the perfect home base for comfort, convenience, and fun. Solar panels add use of clean energy to run this property.

    Good to know: we charge a $25 cleaning fee per booking — and on stays of 3 nights or longer, that fee is on us. We refund the $25 cleaning fee after check-in, so longer stays pay no cleaning fee at all.

This adorable little studio has all the necessities, off-street parking and a quiet neighborhood. It’s absolutely charming and we would recommend this little gem to anyone who has business in the city but wants to stay somewhere quiet and outside of the hustle and bustle. The hosts were easy to contact and attentive, everything was modern and clean. Great place!

The space was so clean, updated and well-maintained. The host left detailed instructions for both check-in/out, making the process seamless. We did arrive late at night and left early the next morning so we weren't able to take full advantage of the place but it looked to have everything one might need!

Great stay! Super great directions made it easy to find. Very cute place, pretty cold upon arrival but can’t really fault that with how cold it was in Boston that weekend, the heat eventually kicked in but took a little bit. Had everything we could’ve needed though, the games and foosball were a nice touch!

Inder's place was really nice and secure! Quiet part of town and walking distance to a great bakery. There were so many kitchen appliances to use, we loved the options. The check-in had a hiccup because the guest keys were taken by mistake, either by the cleaners or the previous guest. But Inder gave me the spare key and it all worked out. Overall, it was a great and cozy stay.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay!! Checking in and getting keys was a very simple process, the place was clean and I was very happy with the parking situation as some areas outside the city can be tricky. It was in a nice, safe residential area and the best part was that after a concert and late night we slept soundly until almost check out time because it was so quiet. We couldn’t hear any outside traffic whatsoever and because it’s a basement unit no light filtered in to bother our sleep or wake us up unnecessarily early. We definitely felt so rested after a long day of traveling! Also the price was just right! Definitely recommend! Thank you!!!

What an absolutely gorgeous home! We couldn’t have found anything more beautiful along with the incredible weather and magnificent view. Everything was perfect and we felt like royalty. I can’t say enough about the excellent stay and attention to detail overall. We hope to visit again and highly recommend if you want a First class experience.

We had an incredible experience staying at this lovely place near Salem. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.The location was perfect. Clean and well appointed. The host was very gracious to accommodate extras requested during our stay, as well as direct us to great local eateries. The neighborhood is quiet and very cute. The outdoor space is very relaxing. We’ll definitely stay again if we travel back to the area

Beautiful space with stylish decor and cozy furnishings. The space felt very comfortable and inviting — perfect for a night stay.The only downsides were the weak Wi-Fi signal, which led me to rely on mobile data, and hearing footsteps from upstairs. Being on the lower level means you can hear quite a bit of foot traffic above, which made it difficult to sleep in as I had planned. The AC was also a little difficult to figure out. Aside from that, the location is great, and the house itself is truly beautiful. A lovely spot overall!
