  • This stylish place to stay is perfect for a group trips. The unit has private bathroom and mini kitchen ; new mini split AC and separate entry. Free parking in my yard
    Two beds one queen and one full size plus one sofa;
    near Bentley College; and Costco !
    outside parking 6 more vehicles.

    I year lease is welcome, rate is
    Negotiable only after you booked, but you can cancel it with 24 hours no fee. Each room has mini split AC

    Entire studio family house in Waltham, 0.7 miles to Costco ; Home Depot; YMCA ; and Bentley College! We do accept college students as a group to rent entire unit .
