"The host is very nice and includes coffee and tea with the stay. The accommodation is decent and not too far from the city center. It is however up a mountain with no public transportation available. Which means you have to hike or take a taxi. It would have been nice to know that before arriving after 8 or 9pm at night with luggage. If there are other guests, the walls and floors are pretty thin, so prepare for a group experience."

"I've been travelling for over 2 months straight staying in a different hotel in a different city almost every night and this hotel was by far the best out of all. There was a girl who worked at the front desk and she was amazing. She greeted me very well when I arrived and showed me many things to do in Mostar and explained some details about the hotel. "Beautiful hotel in a great location, right on the River Miljacka and about a 15-minute walk from the old town. We arrived in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive an early check-in — something we really appreciated after traveling. The staff were genuinely lovely: attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. They offered great recommendations throughout our stay, and their warm attitude made a real difference. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety and high-quality food. The Sky Lounge rooftop bar was another highlight — very tastefully decorated, with amazing city views, especially at night. The hotel feels new and very well maintained. Our twin room was spacious, with beds closer to three-quarter size, and a large, well-designed bathroom. The heating throughout the building was excellent, which was especially welcome at this time of year. The toiletries — shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand wash — were also good quality, which added a nice touch. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!"
