All suites are oceanfront with balconies. They include a lounge area, one bedroom, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove and a refrigerator.

The property is located opposite the small Ian Fleming International Airport and only a few minutes away from the little town of Oracabessa.
It’s off the main north coast highway. It can be reached from Kingston or Montego Bay in an hour and a half; and Ocho Rios is only twenty (20) minutes away. You may reach us by route taxis that can drop you directly at the gate or alternately you may prefer to rent a car; parking is available and free.

As its name suggests the property is right by the water and there are steps leading down to access the ocean. We recommend water shoes as there are rocks and sea urchins present!
