This tiny harbour village captivates with its medieval buildings and the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic along winding coastal paths. Follow the Valency River through wooded valleys to nearby Tintagel Castle, where King Arthur's legendary connections come alive.
Everything about Boscastle House is just right.
The house is spotless with much attention to detail.
Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and served in a very pleasant dining room by Dawn.
We highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views, warm welcome, exceptional service. Staff could not do enough for you providing helpful guidance on activities in the area. Cannot recommend enough, just a note on parking facilities they are a challenge.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in the old jail, so many of the original features with a modern feel. Breakfast was incredible, best eggs Benedict I’ve ever had and the continental selection was amazing.

The room was clean and spacious the food was very good.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
This is a great place to chill out but you need to be mobile or have a car.
As we holiday in Port Isaac annually we knew the hotel and its location as we had dined there a number of times.
We were curious about the accommodation and this was a great place to do nothing and spoil ourselves.
We would not hesitate to return.

This is the most fabulous hotel. The buildings from 1810 arranged around the courtyard are beautiful. The staff are all true professionals, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, all with a smile.
Our room was lovely with a view down to the Tamar and beautifully presented.
Now to the dining where do you start? The food was I think the best we have ever eaten. The menu was a complete gastronomic experience from breakfast to dinner.
We will definitely return.

Helen and Paul must be two of the nicest and kindest hosts we've met.
After a 6 hour drive, to arrive to a cream tea laid out in the apartment was truly a lovely touch.
One of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, they'd literally thought of everything you could need. You name it, it was there, potato peeler, sieve, cling film, foil the works.
Helen even asked me what milk we drink and made sure there was a pint of semi skimmed in the fridge on arrival.. Thanks Helen.

We stayed for a wedding just outside of the village and it was just perfect. The lady on reception last Saturday (17thOct) in the afternoon /evening was great, so informative and took our photo no problem. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back. The radio in the room was also a nice touch instead of a tv. Thank you.

This is a great place to stay, the room we booked was a family room and had a king size and two singles plus a sofa and table in the living area so lots of room. The bathroom had a bath and excellent separate shower.
The staff were really friendly and the pub itself busy with great food at attractive prices.
An excellent cooked breakfast was also included, all for just over £100. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again.
