The location is the best thing about this hotel. We had a sea-view room and it was simply amazing. The bathroom in a family room (which is pretty big) is super tiny. The bathroom is more like a "port-a-potty" size, that you see on airplanes or trains, to be honest. But I can understand that construction of a large bathroom is not feasible in that castle. The lady who runs the b&b was lovely, and so friendly, she gave us all the information we needed when we checked in. The room was large and spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had shampoo & conditioner as well as shower gel & soap. We paid for our parking at a car park down the road, but the b&b do have a small parking area out the back. The room was clean and spacious the food was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to chill out but you need to be mobile or have a car. As we holiday in Port Isaac annually we knew the hotel and its location as we had dined there a number of times. We were curious about the accommodation and this was a great place to do nothing and spoil ourselves. We would not hesitate to return.
