"Outdoor pool was very refreshing consider the heat and humidity in New Orleans. Lobby is very elegant. Room was spacious, clean & bright. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at."

"Quite literally the worst hotel option possible. Walked in at 9:20, before check in cut off, and the front desk lady said she ran out of keys…? So after 10 minutes she hands me a key, walk to the room, open the door to beer cans and a clearly slept in bed. I bolted out, scared. Ran to the desk to request another room, she gave us the new room key, got to the room and it smelt of weed, smoke, and other indescribable scents. Again, ran to the front to request a refund. Please do not stay here, it is not safe, and it is not clean. Spend the extra $50 and go to the hotels down the road. This place needs to be shut down."

"I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest."

"Kind staff nice hotel. Handicap shower sprayer water was only lukewarm but regular head was hot water The fire/smoke alarm has a horrible strobe light going on all night in the bedroom. It kept me up. Not a goodnight sleep. Side door for my handicap sister to get closest to elevator would not work with my key (staff opened it for her). I had to walk all the way around a few times. Also No paper towels and very lightly set up.. very light on utensils etc This property does not appear to be very well maintained.. it’s a fairly new property.. you just can see the signs of not actively keeping up. I love Homewood and stay at these properties all over the country. I hope this one step up their game. It’s super convenient"

"Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, 2-bedroom condo with en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms was the perfect place for us to rest and recuperate after the eight music-filled days of the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival. We would definitely stay again in this safe and quiet neighborhood just across the river from the city."
