Excellent Value and Unbeatable Location!
A fantastic stay in the heart of Reykjavík! The location is a solid 10/10, check-in is effortless, and the rooms are clean and well presented. They even offer a free luggage locker room for early arrivals or late departures, which is a fantastic bonus! The laundromat next door is another plus.
I had read several complaints about loud music, but honestly, I don’t understand why people blame the hotel for noise from surrounding businesses. You’re staying in the heart of downtown Reykjavík! Despite the thin windows, I had no trouble sleeping.
My only complaints were the small, overly soft cushions (not even pillows). Customer service was fast via email.
Overall, excellent value for money! Convenient, comfortable, and far better than some of the negative reviews suggest. I’d happily stay again!

Absolutely great. The pictures don’t do the property justice. Very spacious, spotless clean, totally fell in love with the floors. The sauna and tub were spectacular, got some amazing aurora views while relaxing in both. The neighborhood was great, with multiple stores like Bónus just a few minutes away. The owner was super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is awesome , we would recommend everyone to spend a night or 2 there.
We had a tough time reaching out to their person whose number is given , we called several times because we were not give the access code. Never received the email.
The other feedback would be to include more lighting in the the closet and at the entrance
