We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Ibis Borehamwood hotel!!! I am disabled and in a wheelchair,and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. They carried our cases to our room,pulled out the third bed for my son for me and carries our cases to my car for ya on check out. It was my sons birthday, and the staff overheard us mention this and came out with a birthday cake for him even though we didn’t order for one,they were totally amazing and I will definitely stay here again next year!!! Lovely hotel but the superior rooms are badly in need of refurbishment. I expected by its title, a superior room, that’s what I paid for, but these are no better than a standard room in need of refurbishment. We stayed here 5 years ago and the showers have the same broken tiles with old wooden seats, dirt between the cracks of the broken tiles. There’s no excuse for this in a hotel charging these prices. We came as a group of 4 to celebrate a special birthday. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the super gym and swimming pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful

Excellent and affordable option with great access to North (Wembley) and or central London. With affordable parking available. and close the bar, restaurants and shops.

From start to finish Freya Maloy made everything so easy. She was the receptionist at the time of my check in. She very kindly organised a cak for my sons birthday. I was blown away by her kindness and her kind gesture. That is what you call customer service, going above and beyond when you don't even need to. Although I have stayed at 5 star hotels on several occasions, I was amazed by the standard of service of this hotel. Valet and doorman greeted us with a smile and remembered our name each time we left and returned! Wait staff in the dining rooms were so friendly and very attentive. Beautifully decorated for Christmas!

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Great service and super clean

First impression of the hotel was not great as the lobby and lift are very small. However I am happy with the room and found the staff extremely helpful generally. It’s great to hear the staff telling American tourists about the history of royalty :)

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

From our arrival at the property we felt very welcome and comfortable. From Marks initial greeting on reception to all orher aspects of our stay we were extremely happy. This business , 52.years in the making with Marks father and uncle is a very slick family run outfit. All staff we encountered including chambermaids were exceptional. They could all not be more helpful and gave valuable information where needed about things like where to get the Uber boat from rather than walking to the City...
