Thai hotel is located in front of an amazing beach , one of the best stretch of beach there big walkable to the main district 2 for more restaurant options . The staff was helpful and changed us rooms when we asked as we wanted on the second floor. Breakfast was amazing, not a buffet . The only feedback I would give is the rooms set up. Tv versus armoire placement , not enough hangers and counter space in the bathroom . More lights would be nice but that seems to be an issue in all hotels I’ve been too !! Love the turndown cookies , nice touch .

Paradise indeed
We’ve enjoyed every minute id our stayed in ambassadors in paradise. Location is a fantastic as it i beachfront and a 15 min walk to DMall. Staffs are all friendly from arrival to departure. The buffets breakfast is absolutely worth it. Not so crowded as other hotels.

Airport transfers were efficient and expedited. This is a plus specially when it involves land and water transportation. Rooms were kept clean at all times. Towels were clean and plush and changed daily. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. Everyone was polite and courteous. Experience was great! Would highly recommend this hotel.

Love the beach front property, its in Station 1 which they say has the finest white sand of all Boracay Easily accessible to d’mall a local place for souvenirs and restaurants The staff are very friendly, hospitable, always smiling and willing to help…i don't have little children but I’ve seen how attentive they are to customers with little kids giving them coloring materials and other toys…restaurant food is delicious..have acoustics at night and a fire dance performance…service is above and beyond..from check in to in between Highly recommend worth the price for the venue, service, great location.

The resort/hotel has a great location, the staff was super friendly-always helpful in assisting our needs. I would have given the highest rating except for a little room design/flaw.I used a night time CPAP machine so I need a working wall power outlet and in this case, yes there was a power outlet by the night stand BUT it also turns ON a reading light by some sort by the head board so how can one sleep if there's a spot light above your head?Ugghh

From the start the resort was accommodating. We arranged with them for transportation from the airport to the resort and it was well worth it. We had a family room for 5 and it came with 2 king beds and a twin. It had 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ( upstairs and downstairs). Service was impeccable. We needed more towels and they came immediately. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant resort was great. Bar service was also great. We would of course go back again and take a longer stay.
