A separate laundry room (mudroom/pantry) is conveniently just off the kitchen. You will treasure coming down this lovely road with views to the ocean! Adjacent to the town's most popular duck pond, enjoy baby mallards, night herons, and occasional eagles, all from the comfort of the outdoor deck.
