"Some rooms of the hotel are beautiful in photos - but some of the rooms are not renovated and have a sort of drab mid 2010s look to them. Thats the room I got. Another member of my party had a room with a slanted ceiling in which they could barely use half the room due to the ceiling, and the bathroom had no door. Further, one room was extremely hot. A tech was sent to inspect - when he couldnt fix the AC unit, we were told that it was because AC had not yet been turned on for the summer (why inspect and try to fix it then?). This was also patently untrue because our room was freezing cold due to the AC unit being on."
