Just ask to be dropped off by the Ploce gate. The service is great, they respond to my inquiries promptly. We were greeted by the receptionist who guided us to where the house was. The house is a couple meters from the main street so location is perfect. Air condition was perfect for a very hot time of year. The room was of a very high standard and the staff were lovely and helpful. There was no mention of 'stairs' anywhere associated with this property. Low and behold, I get there and had to climb 60 steps with baggage to the 3rd floor. There are only 3 rooms... and stairs for all. If you have luggage, be forewarned. I asked if there was anyone to help with my luggage and got a firm 'no'.
