"On the surface the property looked relatively clean. But, all of the dishes in the cupboard had not been washed and contained old food. The bedding and pillows smelled like an unwashed person. The pillows were badly stained with no pillow covers. We tried 10 times to contact the individual we were told to contact with no response. When we finally contacted the property management company, they dismissed our concerns and stated that we never called the contact person. This was an unpleasant...
