Great apartment

The apartment is super nice. Very comfortable and clean. The receptionist and the apartment owner is very helpful. The only downside is that there is no elevators. So if you are on the top floor you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. But, it is worth it because the apartment is great.

Obsługa bardzo przyjazna - w zestawie z wynajmem dostaje się listę restauracji, w których warto zjeść oraz przygotowaną wycieczkę z punktem startu w L'8 Boutique. Lokalizacja jest oczywiście doskonała. W tygodniu na placu tragowym oddalonym 2 minuty od hotelu odbywa się pchli targ pełen skarbów <3

A beautiful stay

We stayed in one of Francesca’s lovely apartments for 3 nights. A great way to feel embedded with the locals rather than staying in a generic hotel room. The apartment was brilliantly located, well equipped, beautifully laid out and clean. Francesca was a fab host, we chatted daily and she gave plenty of advice on places to go and activities to do. If you’re staying in Bologna and want to immerse yourself in local life then this is a must.

Fantastic, quirky decoration. Netflix available in room. Brilliant, spotless kitchen and bathroom, with everything you would need for self catering. Great location close to centre and restaurants. Francesca was really helpful and would definitely advise you to take up her offer of booking recommended restaurants as they get really busy! Overall brilliant stay in Bologna.

Fantastic place to stay - highly recommended

Brilliant location, great apartment. The hosts organised some champagne and beers so they were ready as a surprise for my partner when we got there. Everything was excellent - thank you for a wonderful stay.

Room was beautiful and very comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped for stove top cooking. Location in the old city center was excellent. Host provided helpful recommendations for what to see and where to eat in Bologna. Host was very accessible via text and WhatsApp.

お部屋はとってもかわいく、とても広く、すごく気に入りました。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思いました。 宿の入口はわかりにくいのでstreet viewで確認するといいかと思います。予約をすると宿の方からメールが来て、隣の雑貨やでチェックインするので来てねと言われたので、行くと、ちょうど店の前に立っていてくれて、スムーズに鍵引き渡しができました。 お部屋は広めのベットルームとキッチン、バスがありました。キッチンには一通りのキッチン用品・家電があり、自炊派でも問題ありません。コーヒーマシンも電子レンジもあります。 朝食ナシでしたが、宿の方のご厚意で、軽食とジュース・水を用意してくれていました。 ボローニャ駅から5分ぐらいで、宿から1本挟んだ通りには、お手頃な飲食店がたくさんありました。スーパーも近くにあります。どこに行くにも便利な場所です。 金曜日の朝は、宿近くの広場で、マーケットがでていて、かわいいイタリアの食器が1ユーロで買えてとても満足しました。

Great stay

Our stay was great. The apartment is beautiful and clean. The host was very nice and gave us a list of places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The location was very central and we walked everywhere from there without using a taxi.

Apartamento con encanto ubicado en la segunda planta de un edificio sin ascensor a pocos minutos a pie del centro de Bolonia. Mucho encanto, comodidad y limpieza. Anfitriona atenta y amable. Del todo recomendable.
