"Cannot use the self check in and out, the reception staff helped the check in and out service in a timely manner. Our room was located next to the car parking lot, and after we entered the room we went straight to the restaurant without checking. When we returned, we found out that the window was actually opened but luckily nothing was lost. The room itself was clean and noise proof. After we checked out, we used the free airport transfer service without the need of waiting which was very helpful, considering the amount of luggage we had. Overall, it’s a good stay."

"The staff who attended to me were all welcoming and willing to provide help for all I needed. The hotel is located near the Piccadilly station, I walked for barely 5 minutes getting there. It's pretty much ambient, serene and equipped with basic amenities that make your stay enjoyable. I enjoyed the meals and the bar has virtually all you need for your relaxation. My room was clean as well, so was the bathroom/ toilet. To be honest, I can readily use that facility once I find myself in Manchester. Thank you for being great hosts."
