Safe and walkable area close to restaurants and cafes, close to Eiffel Tower. I made a mistake renting at Ibis Montmarte and this area was unsafe, lost money on the process and move in to Hôtel Auteuil Tour Eiffel, it is day and night difference

The check in process went well. You have to leave your key at the front desk each time you leave the hotel which we found odd. Everything you enter you have to give your room number and receive your key again. The hotel is about a 13 min walk from the metro station, which is convenient. My husband found women’s hair rolled into a ball in his clean towel (this was not mine). There is no safe, which is a must when traveling (passports and extra cash). We were supplied with one bottle of water in the room when we checked in. I assumed they would replenish it daily but they did not.

"I needed a place near the train station for one night of good sleep. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet so I got what I came for.
