Apartment with a large terrace and garden near the lake

Our 57-square-meter holiday apartment, featuring a large terrace and a well-maintained garden, is located on the ground floor of a modern single-family home in a quiet residential area on a south-facing slope on the outskirts of Ludwigshafen. Its proximity to the lake (a 2-minute walk) and the premium SeeGang hiking trail makes our holiday rental the perfect place to stay for your holiday on Lake Constance. Additionally, the apartment’s proximity to the Lake Constance Bike Path makes it ideal for cyclists as well.
 
The apartment features a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen.
The bedroom features a 180x200 cm box-spring bed with an additional topper and two mattresses of varying firmness, a large wardrobe, and a vanity table with a mirror.
The living and dining area is furnished with a large sofa and a TV, Wi-Fi, a dining table, and an open kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances (induction cooktop, work-height convection oven with grill, dishwasher, extra-large refrigerator with freezer compartment), as well as a Nespresso coffee machine.
The spacious terrace with an adjoining garden features a large dining table with chairs, a huge rotating umbrella, and two lounge chairs.
 
The apartment is generally designed for two people. For two additional guests, the pull-out box-spring sofa bed (150x200 cm) in the living room can be used. This would incur an additional charge of 25 euros per person per night.
Upon request, you may also bring your dog for an additional charge of 10 euros per night.
 
We provide each guest with one shower towel, one large towel, and one small towel.
An additional blanket for the bed is available upon request.
 
A free parking space is available right in front of the house for the duration of your stay with us. You’re also welcome to park your bicycle behind the house and charge your e-bike’s battery if needed.
