Sehr netter Vermieter, unkomplizierter und reibungsloser Ablauf. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das separate Schlafzimmer mit dem kleinen Tischchen war für mich ideal, um Notwendiges zu bearbeiten. Auch die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral. Leider gibt es jedoch eine Reihe von Aspekten, die den Komfort deutlich eingeschränkt haben:Mehrere Geräte sind entweder defekt oder in schlechtem Zustand (Nespresso-Maschine undicht und verkalkt, Staubsauger sehr alt, Deckenlampen im Schlafzimmer nicht funktionsfähig).In der Dusche sind Türen und Schlauch undicht, sodass Wasser ausläuft. Auch Türen (Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer) schließen oder bewegen sich eingeschränkt.Die Küchenausstattung ist für vier Personen knapp bemessen (zu wenig Tassen, Besteck, stumpfe Messer).Es gab nur drei Stühle am Esstisch, obwohl die Wohnung für vier Personen ausgeschrieben ist.Besonders negativ empfanden wir:1\. Dadurch, dass es eine Souterrain-Wohnung ist, ist das Schlafzimmer sehr dunkel.2\. Den geringen Sichtschutz auf der Terrasse – dadurch hat der Vermieter aus seinem Haus heraus direkten Blick auf den Sitzbereich des Gastes, was die Privatsphäre einschränkt.3\. Den nicht eingezäunten Garten – für Hundehalter sehr problematisch weil der Hund in die angrenzenden Gärten rennen kann.4\. Sicherheitsrisiko durch offenen Gullydeckel im Garten, was für Kinder und Hunde gefährlich ist (dieser scheint für die Bewässerung gewesen zu sein). ##### Ela O. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum wandern durch Wald oder dem See entlang und doch gab es Schatten. Die Gastgeberfamilie war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr gut. In der Nähe von allem. Die Wohnung ist angenehm kühl was bei der jetzigen Hitze ganz besonders angenehm war.
