"I extended my stay at this property because it was so convenient and comfortable. It had everything I needed. Spacious, clean room, in the center of the town, equipped small kitchen and free laundry facility. The check-in was very easy, good remote customer service. Will definitely consider this place for my next visit."

"Conveniently centrally located in Bochum, near Hauptbahnhof. I had a studio (together with my dog) on the top floor, which was great. In room anemities are basically some paper cups, but at reception the hotel has some guest facilities like a microwave/oven/bar/drinks facilities. Very friendly staff. Parking is cheaper when looking across the street. Beds were good. I'd come back here!"

"I was at Haven, formerly Hotel Schmidt-Monique in Bochum for 8-days. I arrived 25-minutes before the “official” check-in time and was told I could check-in early for €20. Needless to say I waited the 25 minutes. The new owners are focussing on the hotel so the restaurant that was originally part of the hotel complex is currently closed. There are very few options for eating in the area of the hotel. There is a great bakery for coffee and something to eat in the morning, but it’s a little...

"Zimmer waren sauber, die Bäder auch, nichts auszusetzen. Leider war unter der Badtür ein Riesenspalt, sodass man im Zimmer alles hörte (und roch), was im Bad passierte. Mitarbeiter nett und freundlich. Schade dass es kein Bügeleisen gab. Parkplatz kostet leider extra und mit 15€/Tag deutlich zu teuer. Frühstück war OK."
